Why ORCA® Marine Adhesive?
On high-performance boats, the bond must be absolute. This polychloroprene-based contact cement creates an airtight seal that outperforms the fabric's original specifications. Essential for professional refurbishments where safety and longevity are non-negotiable.
Technical Requirements

Standard Pro Application:
- Surface Prep: Sand CSM surfaces with 80-grit abrasive until dull.
- Solvent Clean: Use M.E.K. or Ethyl acetate for final de-greasing.
- Dual Coat: Apply two thin coats. Wait 10-20 min between applications.
- Compression: Join surfaces when tacky. Apply maximum pressure with a roller.
